Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant with Experience in Publishing (Temporary) are:

  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits and expenses

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant with Experience in Publishing (Temporary) will have:

  • At least two years experience
  • Relevant Accountancy qualifications
  • Good excel skills (Vlookups and Pivot Tables)
  • Immediate Availability
  • Experience in Publishing
