A growing business based close to the M18 in Doncaster are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a brand new role to bolster the existing finance team as the business continues to expand.
Reporting into the Finance Manager and supporting a Purchase Ledger Clerk and Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Sales Ledger (invoicing, customer statements, posting incoming cash, credit control)
- Employee expenses, (collating all submissions, checking receipts against amounts claimed, and making sure all forms are authorised)
- Adhoc projects as required
- Must be competent at using Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel, Word
You must have previous high volume invoice processing experience, a good eye for detail and a competent used of Microsoft Office.
The company is centrally located close to the M18 and A1 network and easily accessible from Rotherham, Worksop and Goole.
