Accounts Assistant, required on an on going temporary basis with immediate start. Highly likely the role will be made permanent. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Sage experience is essential. £14.50 per hour.

This is not a hybrid position.

Duties:

  • Responsibility of the payroll function
  • Management of sub contractors
  • Preparation of reports for payroll
  • Process invoices
  • Maintain purchase ledger
  • Maintain sales ledger

Experience required:

  • Recent experience using Sage
  • Experience in using Simpro
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload and remain calm under pressure
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
