Orka Financial is currently working with a client in Basingstoke who is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate will be joining a new team in a busy environment which can offer natural progression along with daily challenges.
The working hours are:
- Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- Query resolution.
- Invoice & Purchase Order reconciliation.
- Investigation of holds with internal departments in the business.
- Daily resolution of invoice holds.
- Liaising with Financial Shared Services Centre.
- Use of Excel (Pivot Tables & V Lookups NOT Essential).
- Use of Oracle System.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Accounts Payable or Receivable role as well as have excellent query resolutions & communication skills. Experience with Oracle, SAP, SAGE, JD Edwards Software or the implementation of these systems is ESSENTIAL.
