Accounts Assistant -Shoreditch

Part- Time Monday to Friday 10 -15 hours per week.

Salary £16 - £20 per hour

Our client is a busy estate agent in the heart of the city, looking for an experienced property accounts assistant looking for a part -time role.

Based in a central Shoreditch penthouse office overlooking the rooftops of the fast paced and competitive London property market. They are looking for candidates who are fully conversant in Reapit Accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocating funds to the correct tenancies
  • Reconciling the Client bank account daily
  • Generating invoices for letting and sale transactions
  • Transferring deposits to and from the TDS
  • Transferring funds to Clients
  • Transferring invoiced funds to TBA bank account
  • Paying suppliers
  • Filing company expense receipts
  • General bookkeeping
  • Payroll
  • Maintaining a monthly income and outgoing report for the Directors
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Annual accounts with Accountant
