Role: Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Macclesfield (SK10)

Salary: £17,000 - £22,000

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Cash book and bank reconciliations
  • Other nominal reconciliations
  • Maintaining purchase ledger
  • Posting of journals
  • Prepayments/accruals
  • Petty cash
  • Coding/raising invoices
  • Daily opening, sorting and distribution of the company post
  • Processing recharge invoices
  • Any additional tasks requested by Management

Essential:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, pivot tables, formulae)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Organisation & accuracy
