A growing company based on the outskirts of Southampton are looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Office Administrator to join their team.
This opportunity would be a perfect fit for anyone who enjoys a multifaceted role.
Day to day tasks will include:
· Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
· Controlling credit and chasing debt.
· Filing invoices
· Filing delivery notes
The ideal Candidate will:
Be proficient in excel
Have a thorough understanding of office work and admin based roles
Have some experience in an accounting function
Strong functional maths skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience of accounts software or undertaken their AAT qualification
