Office Hours- 9-5.30
The successful candidate will assist the accounts manager with accounts duties such as daily banking into the office accounts, reconciliation of insurer statements and providing assistance with the Finance scheme.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Daily posting of payments received onto the TAM system
-Daily banking into the office accounts
- Maintaining the excel spreadsheet/log of all payments reeived
-Maintaining task procedures to chase up outstanding debts
-Maintaining the scanning and filing system
-Assisting with the reconciliation of insurers monthly statementsensuring that these are settled in accordance with the agreed terms of credit
-Assisting with the finance scheme-setting up clients on the system and inputting their details to ensure that everything is in place for the collection of direct debits/
-Assisting with reconcilliation of bank statements
- Any ad hoc duties
Knowledge- The job requires experience in Excel spreadsheets, The data protection act, Reconciliation process (bank and insurer statements), FCA protocols.
