Accounts Assistant, Near Sible Hedingham

I am extremely pleased to be recruiting for my client near Sible Hedingham who are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 1 hour lunch, parking available but you must have your own transport due to the rural location of the company

Duties include:
Maintain company accounts using Sage Line 50
Raise invoices
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and cash flow forecasts
Control petty cash transactions
VAT quarterly returns
Administer a small monthly payroll
Maintain and operate pension scheme through payroll
Maintain stock control and reconcile all costs
Assist with annual year end stocktake
Assist the Directors with the daily running of the business
Providing support to the Sales Administrator as and when required

Skills and experience required:
Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll would be beneficial
Excellent Microsoft Office/Excel skills
Self motivated
