Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover

A fantastic opportunity has a risen at a rapidly expanding company in Goring for an Accounts Assistant to join the team for 6 to 9 months on a Fixed Term contract to cover a maternity leave.

The ideal candidate would have previously worked in a similar role, ideally with exposureto Accounts Receivable or credit control and be proficient at Excel - V-Lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities for this include:

Receipt allocation to client ledger/invoice
Process customer refunds on sage
Dispatch invoices
Create new accounts working with creditsafe and reference agencies
Respond to all UK and EU account queries
Work to Resolve any debt issues and customer debit claims
