Part-time Accounts Assistant - £11 per hour
Working Monday's Tuesday's and Wednesday's - 21 hours
We have had a fantastic opportunity arise to work within a professional, busy and successful building company based in Basildon. Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join and support their friendly and growing team.
- Managing the full Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Process
- Posting invoices via Sage
- Bank reconciliation
- Allocating Payments
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Credit Control
- VAT Return
- Inputting purchase orders and invoices
- Experience with Sage Line 50
- Accounts background
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- An organised and thorough approach to work A fluent user of Microsoft Office packages
- Warm and professional telephone manner
- Target/deadline driven person.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities.
- Works with own initiative and without supervision.
- Attention to detail
- Team player
