The Accounts Assistant will play a key part in the efficient running of the company's purchase ledger function for both supplier invoices and staff expenses. There's an element of credit control involved in chasing outstanding invoices and you'll be assisting the management accountant with nominals and other reconciliations.
Experience as an accounts assistant or purchase ledger
Good communication skills and confident on the telephone
Strong organisational skills and experienced with Microsoft packages
