Set up over 20 years ago this is a growing company with 150 members of staff in the UK, specialising in biomedical technology.
As an Accounts Assistants you will be reporting to the Financial Manager. Your main role will be running bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments. As well as this, you will be processing expenses and invoices to the purchase ledger. Within the team you will be assisting in running end of year process. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role. On an ad-hoc basis you may be required to assist in the running of payroll, however, training will be given in this area. The main system used in this role is Excel therefore you will be proficient in its use.
• Previous experience in processing invoices, accruals and bank reconciliations
• Understanding of the end of year process
• Working knowledge of Excel
