Accounts Assistant (Full or Part Time hours considered)

Varied Accounts Assistant vacancy working for a multi-site organisation within the Stockton area. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.

Would suitsomeone ambitious and keen to develop their skills as there is also the opportunity to develop the role to take on more responsibility such as assisting with management accounts in the future.


  • Daily purchase invoice processing
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Maintain ledger accuracy
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier payments
  • Expense claim processing
  • Raise Company cheques
  • Investigate invoice queries
  • Sales Ledger invoicing
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Bank/Cash reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll


  • Previous experience within a similar Finance role
  • Good Excel skills
