Accounts Assistant - Financial Services

A highly successful independent Bridging Lender based in the heart of London has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual who is keen to take on a key role within an organisation that offers bridging loan solutions tailored to the specific demands of a diverse client base

Main Duties:

  • All company cash books
  • Credit Card Expenditure
  • Revenue/Expenses Sheets
  • Scan all payments, receipts, credit card statement & invoices
  • Petty cash
  • Invoicing
  • Reconcile admin/bridging payments
  • Cheques for banking
  • New bank account forms
  • Maintain Investor Sheets
  • Produce completion statement
  • Fund Agreements
  • Review and maintain bridging files
  • Redemption statements
  • All company renewals (memberships & insurance)
  • Deal with any emails sent to accounts inbox
  • Deal with any queries throughout the loan from both solicitors and borrower
  • Upload pension files
  • Employee offer letters, contracts, confidentiality agreements, leaver agreements
  • Filing, dealing with post etc

Requirements:

  • Accts knowledge 2 years exp
  • Excel
  • Able to multitask
  • Eagerness to learn
