Finance Administrator - 12 month fixed term contract
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Accounts Assistant in our Farnborough, Hampshire office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
As Accounts Assistant for Aetna International you will be working within a small team.
In this busy and varied role, you will:
- Assist with the processing of payments
- Prepare commission statements
- Reply to queries
- Provide administrative support
- GCSE Maths (4/C or above).
Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous, but above all, you'll enjoy being a team player, learning new skills and will be able to bring plenty of initiative to the role.
You'll need a good level of MS Excel, great communication skills and be deadline focused. Strong attention to detail is key as your role will include lots of data entry and cross checking data for accuracy.
Experience of working with foreign currencies is desirable but not essential.
