Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller

Join this busy Accounts team and develop your skills further in a more general accounts role. Initially this role will involve focussing on all aspects of the Credit Control function and with develop at your own pace to encompass other areas supporting the Financial Controller of this growing company.

Your duties will include-

  • Calling Clients daily to collect outstanding monies

  • Maintaining organised supporting documentation re the progress of the collection

  • Control of credits

  • Resolving outstanding queries

  • Processing refunds

  • Issuing monthly statements

  • Reconciling Client Accounts

Further development plan includes-

  • Processing Purchase invoices

  • Raising Sales invoices

  • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts

To be considered for this role, you must possess-

  • Strong communication skills

  • Be organise and enthusiastic about moving your career forward

  • Possess strong Excel & be IT literate

  • Possess a good working knowledge of the Credit Control function
