Accounts Assistant, Exeter, £18,000-£20,000
I have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant for a 12 month Maternity cover contract based in Exeter. If you have excellent Excel and Sage knowledge with some AAT qualifications and would like to grow your experience working for a successful financial services company this may be a role worth exploring?
An award winning and highly successful financial services business based in Exeter are looking for an accounts assistant to join to join their friendly and well established team. This role reports to the Practice Accountant and you will be responsible for helping to maintain the firm's accounts.
The role will involve invoicing, chasing outstanding fees, maintaining internal new business figure spreadsheets, cash flow reconciliation across both offices, banking and updating Sage. You must have a keen eye for detail. You must be computer literate with good use of Excel and Sage. Some AAT qualifications and Accounts Assistant experience would be desirable.
