Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £22K per annum + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

The Client:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to a thriving motor retail organisation operating across Yorkshire. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability within the dealership. This role is suitable for an experienced Accounts Assistant or a determined trainee with strong ambition.


  • Debtor reporting, including Purchase & Sales ledgers
  • Bank & Nominal reconciliations and postings
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Accounts
  • Working knowledge of Excel and month-end procedures


  • Previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant, Sales and purchase Clerk, Ledger Clerk,Bookkeeper, junior accountant, account trainee, or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Accounting qualification (ATT or similar)
