An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join a well-known health and beauty brand on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the finance manager, this role requires an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Analysing expenditure
  • Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
  • Reconciling of control accounts
  • Setting up supplier payments and supplier liaison
  • Journal entries
  • Managing petty cash
  • Intrastat on a monthly basis

You should have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role as well as experience with SAP and Quickbooks.
