• Answering the telephone and fielding queries from House/Estate Managers and homeowners.
• Supporting other ad hoc duties in the HB&C team and the wider Management Services Finance team.
• Annual Service Charge billing
• Setting up new residents and Direct Debit mandates.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate Excel skills, excellent problem solving skills and be a great communicator.
