*Monthly payroll of 100+ hourly and monthly paid staff for 3 sites.
*Management of the Westfield Scheme.
*Calculating and paying bonuses for all staff
*Maintain and Monitor absence/sickness and holiday records.
*Manual keying of spreadsheets for month end collations
*Inputting of weekly timesheets
*Inputting/Checking of auto enrolment pension information
*Analysis of payroll costs
*Payroll Month end and Yearend Reporting
*Keeping payroll software up to date
*Order and issue staff uniforms
*Weekly billing runs
*Import of sales invoices and credit notes into accounting system.
*Emailing / Posting / manually sending customer sales invoices.
*Deal with customer queries.
*Code purchase invoices ready for payment.
*Maintaining excel cash book for all payments and ensure all payments posted in accounting system.
*Print bank statements from online banking and perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
*Maintain and prepare daily cashflow report
*Checking, balancing and posting Petty Cash for all sites
*General ad hoc assistance in the finance team to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods.
Desired Skills and Experience:
*At least an intermediate competency in using excel
*Understanding of Access Dimensions system
*Must have experience in processing a payroll for 100+ staff paid hourly and salaried, various bonus schemes and calculating additional payments, hours from various systems including a clocking in system that needs some development.
*Excellent telephone manner
*Experience in month end processes for Cashbook and Petty Cash
*Experience in preparing and posting reversing journals
*Must have experience with payroll year end, updating payroll software with new tax year files and patches
*£10m+ turnover company
*Salary of £20,000 - £25,000
*On site parking
