Accounts & Audit Assistant - York
We are working with a York Accountancy Firm to find a driven team player to join their team with a focus on Audit.

As Accounts and Audit Assistant you will be have experience of working within an Accountancy Practice, although applications will be considered from those with Industry only experience.
You will be preparing statutory accounts, analysing client records and documenting findings to be passed on to the Audit Senior, corporate Tax computations including ixbrl tagging submissions. You will assist an array of clients and manage tasks in support of a number of Managers. The role will see you visit clients also with colleagues. It is desirable that you drive and have your own transport for this reason.
Support of further training and development is encouraged and promoted. The business offer financial support with this alongside study leave. Ideally you will be AAT3 and pushing for more.
Salary is dependent on experience up to £17,700 basic.
Hours are full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
Flexibility with hours is also possible.
