A Royalty Processing Clerk is required to work for a listed FMCG business, based in Central London (hybrid of office and remote working available) on a 6 month contract. This is an opportunity to work for a well- known brand who have recently been acquired by a larger global business which has further strengthened their market presence.
You will be reporting to the Royalty's Director working as part of a team of 3, responsible for processing royalty statements and producing licensing fees. Duties will include:
- Processing the royalty statements and moving the relevant data across to a new system
- Following up with licencees who have not supplier their royalty statements or have provided inaccurate details
- Work closely with the commercial and sales ledger teams to resolve queries in a timely manner
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage the inbox and delegate out the emails to the relevant team member
The successful candidate will have 2/3 years experience working in a finance team with previous high volume processing experience. Knowledge of a Shared Service Centre environment is beneficial but not essential, as is any experience related to licensing or royalties. You must possess strong communication skills and have the ability use your own initiative. Strong Excel skills including V Lookup & Pivots is essential to this role.
