Accounts Administrator - Castleford - £22k - £25k + benefits
To support the Group Accounts Manager in delivering a accounts and payroll services to a Group with multiple businesses and payrolls.
- Process and update the payroll system (Sage 50) on an ongoing basis, ensuring data updates are accurate and consistent
- Assisting with preparing monthly payrolls
- Process the payment of expenses to ensure they have sufficient funds for business expenses that are reimbursed.
- Generate monthly, ad-hoc and year end reports as directed by the Manager to support both payroll activities and provide management information.
- Previous accounts experience required
- Previous use and knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 50 Payroll
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
