Accounts Administrator - Castleford - £22k - £25k + benefits

Job Purpose:

To support the Group Accounts Manager in delivering a accounts and payroll services to a Group with multiple businesses and payrolls.

Duties Include:

  • Process and update the payroll system (Sage 50) on an ongoing basis, ensuring data updates are accurate and consistent
  • Assisting with preparing monthly payrolls
  • Process the payment of expenses to ensure they have sufficient funds for business expenses that are reimbursed.
  • Generate monthly, ad-hoc and year end reports as directed by the Manager to support both payroll activities and provide management information.

Experience Required:

  • Previous accounts experience required
  • Previous use and knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 50 Payroll
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
