SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for a highly established business in Derby who are looking for someone to join on a Full Time permanent basis.
As Accounts Administrator, duties will include:
Data entry - input of sales and purchase invoices (100 + per day)
Allocate sales receipts to invoices on sales ledger
Investigate discrepancies on sales ledger
Reconcile supplier statement to ledger
Checking of colleagues data entry for mistakes
Taking incoming calls in to the company on the telephone switchboard and distributing to the relevant member of staff
Ad hoc accounts / admin work including filing and franking the post
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar position with a good knowledge of Excel and an understanding of Accounts Administration. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, a high level of accuracy and IT literacy. You will have had previous experience in a professional environment,
