A well established Manufacturing business in Letchworth are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team.

Your new role
As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Entering Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Raising Sales Ledger invoices
  • Dispatching Sales Orders
  • Generating Purchase Orders
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Printing remittance advices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

This role offers flexible working hours and can also accommodate those looking for only part time hours.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Accounts Administrator you must have experience with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. You must be a team player and you will need to enjoy working as part of a small team.
