Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for an accounts assistant to be based within the Coalville area.
Key skills include
- Batching supplier invoices and inputting them into the company system.
- Answer any queries relating to the purchase ledger.
- Raising debit notes for supplier Credits
- Checking and raising of customer invoices.
- Raising customer credit notes
- Liaising with credit control and assisting with any queries.
- Entering daily sales onto company system.
- Assisting with end of month procedures within the department eg. Claimback's and invoicing
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing as necessary.
- General accounts administration of scanning, splitting and sending documents.
- Processing of timesheet's for staf hours and pay.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a background within administrative support and a confident understanding of accounts processes. Below is an overview:
- Have a strong background within Accounts Administration
- A intermediate understanding of accounts processes
- Experience of basic accounting
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
