SF Group are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for an immediate start with our client based in Mansfield. Our client requires an Accounts Administrator to join their team to assist them through their busy period. This is a temporary assignment due to last around 10 weeks. Our client are an SME manufacturing company who over recent years have sustained strong periods of growth. This is a temporary position that requires an immediate start so please only apply for the role if you can start immediately.
As the Accounts Administrator you will primarily assist with the processing of Purchase Ledger invoices. The Accounts Administrator will match, code and process the purchase invoices. There are high volumes of invoices to work with so the Accounts Administrator will need to be able to work quickly but accurately to ensure that deadlines are met. The Accounts Administrator will also take responsibility for ensuring that the invoices are filed manually, will report any discrepancies to the Ledger Manager, and assist with general administration within the accounts department.
