An 18-month assignment has arisen for an Accounts Administrator within the Finance Shared Service Centre. Providing financial support across the group, you will provide support on the following tasks:

•Provision of full administrative service to key stakeholders
•Processing weekly timecard entries
•Raising client invoices, dealing with queries & chasing outstanding debtors
•Maintenance of assignment data & commercial files through to project close
•Review of employee expenses

As a numerate Accounts Administrator with the ability to process volumes of data and financial information, you will demonstrate hands on Excel & Word skills, the ability to use your initiative and a strong customer focus. The role demands a well-organised, proactive approach and the gravitas to improve processes. Immediate start available. Ref: BHJOB3543_4923
