Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a well established business in the Sheffield area as they look to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their accounts knowledge within a friendly finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
*Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing post
*Data entry
*Matching invoices and credit notes to purchase order numbers
*Posting journals
*Ordering and maintaining stationery
*Scanning, photocopying and printing various documents
*Opening supplier accounts
*Customer cash allocation
*General administrative duties

Candidate Skills & Experience:

*Educated to GCSE level or above with grade A-C in Maths & English
*Strong communication skills
*Good time management and strong organisational skills
*Experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel
