Accounts Administrator

The Clerical Finance Division at SF Group are exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a superb business based in Thurmaston. This is a newly created role due to grow across the business. You will be reporting direct to the Company Accountant and as the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Inputting invoices on the Sage
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Allocating cash
  • Raising invoices
  • Weekly banking
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries
  • Assisting with general administration and the sales office on a regular basis

Our client is a medium size business who is looking for a individual who is keen to find their next long term role in a growing business. As the Accounts Administrator you must have:

  • Relevant accounts experience
  • Previous working experience of Sage
  • Ability to multi-task and help in other departments when required
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail

This is a temporary to permanent role, our client is looking to interview on 16th April 2018 with the view for the successful candidate to start on 23rd April 2018. The working hours is Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 with half an hour for lunch.
