Accounts Administrator

My Client, a commercial entity working alongside a public sector organisation, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to cover a range of transactional duties to include:

Billing - entering budgets and forecasts, amending projects and offering support and guidance on project and customer billing queries

Accounts Receivable - responsible for credit checking and the setting up of new customer accounts, chasing of outstanding amounts and allocation of cash

Accounts Payable - day to day accounts payable duties and ensuring that payment of supplier invoices meet agreed terms

Credit Cards – responsible for the day-to-day card activities to include receipt and data entry of credit cards usage.

To be suitable for this role you will have experience of working at a similar level within a finance office dealing with a range of transactional duties. Strong excel skill are required including use of Pivot Tables and VLook-ups.

This role is being recruited for on a long term interim basis with a good possibility of being extended at the end of the term.
