This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join an organisation that operate at the forefront of their industry.
This varied and interesting position will involve, but not be limited to:
Processing sales ledger invoices in accordance with policies and procedures (using Sage 50 accounts) and liaising with department Directors/Managers accordingly.
Setting up new customer accounts as required, responding to accounts queries, monitoring client bank accounts daily and inputting transactions on to a bespoke system.
Processing invoices relating to client accounts while ensuring compliance with client accounting regulations. Run daily, month-end and year-end procedures for client accounting, dealing with client accounting queries.
Processing monthly payroll, preparation of input schedules and reconciliations (run monthly schedules), administrate and maintain company pension scheme, dealing with pension providers, monitoring salary records and holiday requests.
Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures as requested, liaising with auditors and ad hoc accounting work.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good working knowledge of MS Excel, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
