Our client in Daventry is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
• Timely and accurate raising of invoices/ credit notes to ensure all revenue is reported
correctly in the accounts.
• Making sure all company vehicle mileage forms are complete and completing
various excel spreadsheets.
• To deal with customer’s invoice/ delivery queries over the telephone professionally
• To liaise with customers in writing when necessary (by letter, fax or e-mail.)
• To communicate effectively with all departments.
• To work effectively with the other members of your team
• Checking work completed
• Setting up new customers on Sage
