Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and Recruitment Company are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Invoicing team. This is an exciting role that offer strong stability and skills development within a great team atmosphere.

You will have the full responsibility for the smooth running of the Sub-vendor Accounts Payable and all bank reconciliations within our EMEA staffing group.

What you will be doing:

  • Validate all vendor payments and transactions within the Accounts Payable system for UK/Europe
  • Ensure invoices match-up correctly
  • Release invoices
  • Set up new Vendors
  • Deal with any ad-hoc queries

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent administration skills are essential
  • Demonstrated experience of working to tight deadlines and timescales is essential
  • Keen interest in finance and numbers
  • Strong communication skills with a good sense of humour
  • Can-do, enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to think outside the box when solving problems
