Accounts Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an exciting role to work for a family run firm. The job will involve working within close knit team reporting to the managing director on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

Credit Control
Raising invoices & credit notes
Payment allocation
Customer account queries by email, letter and telephone.
Bank reconciliation
Monthly report writing to major clients
Computer system development
Update & maintain Health & Safety files, including risk assessments & method statements.
Computer literate with experience of using Excel & word.

Person specification:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
Be self-directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
The ability to think outside the box and help direct the business forward.
Work closely with the computer software provider to improve system to the benefit of the business.
