Accounts Administrator

My client is currently looking to appoint an Administrator to provide support in their Finance department on a temporary basis - this will be for around a month but could go on longer

You must have a real 'can-do' attitude and have a flexible approach to your work - you will support across a wide range of tasks. This role is to start on Thursday 8th March so you must be available with no notice period!

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Manual scanning, filing and updating hard copy Accounts files
  • Accurate data entry
  • Basic Finance duties - processing invoices and receipts
  • Producing ad hoc Finance based reports to support the team

You must be confident and enthusiastic and be a competent user of Microsoft Office - no real Accounts experience is required

The client offers an excellent working environment and onsite parking is available
