Accounts Administrator

Do you have recent accounts experience and looking for a new role within a supportive organisation? Sheridan Maine is working closely with a leading regional organisation to find an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This is a minimum 4 month temporary Accounts Assistant position with the opportunity to work for a leading organisation within its field, with the possibility to be extended for the right candidate and full access to any permanent vacancies that arise within the team.

Playing a pivotal role within the team, The Accounts Assistant will support the Sales Ledger team, working well with the other team members.

The Accounts Administrator duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Investigating customer credits
  • Allocating direct debit receipts
  • Resolving allocation queries
  • Liaising with other departments
The successful Accounts Assistant will come from a background in accounts and will ideally have some experience working with sales ledger, with a keen desire to learn and a positive attitude, and be available at short notice.
