Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an accounts administrator with proven experience in both an administration and accounts. Working for a growing business based in Preston you will benefit from a varied role including:

  • Developing systems & processes
  • Invoicing
  • Dealing with creditor invoices & payments
  • Bank transactions & reconciling the bank
  • Processing accounts receivable and payable
  • Liaising with company's external accountant
  • Reporting
  • Payroll of all staff wages for all sites
  • Preparing & processing payments
  • Other ad hoc administration duties such as responding to incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails, sorting of mail and filing
