The Duties:
*Data Administration for multiple sites of the company
*Ensuring new and existing customers are enrolled onto the finance system
*Assisting the credit control team in reconciling accounts on Sage 50
*Communicate and correspond with Senior Managers.
*Communicate and correspond with other sites of the company.
*Reconcile accounts

Desired Skills and Experience:
*Good Excel skills
*Great communications skills
*Strong team player
*Good awareness of deadlines
*A calm manner when dealing with customers
*A knowledge of Sage 50

*£17,000 - £18,000 salary
