Accounts Administrator

KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a newly created role for an engineering firm in the South Tyneside area. They are looking for someone to join their finance team to help with day to day finances as well as get involved in other aspects of the business and administration.

The salary will be £17,000- 19,000 depending on experience.

Maintaining and updating client and customer record

Raising sales invoices

Raising and issuing credit notes

Processing purchase invoices

Raising purchase invoices

Credit control - chasing payments

Posting remittances

Payment run - preparation and assistance



Incoming mail

Petty cash control

Order office supplies


Dealing with utilities and contracts

Dealing with companies policies, procedures and health and safety

Updating annual leave and absence records

Issuing new starter packs

Ensuring all company machines and vehicles are compliant
