Accounts Administrator

My client, a leading company within the manufacturing industry based in South West London, are looking for an accounts administrator to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and enthusiastic team who are dedicated to drive exceptional customer service to their clients. Your duties as the accounts administrator will include the following:

Credit Control (20%)

Making phone calls to customers for overdue payments.
Credit referrals where customers are over credit limit. New account
applications. Dealing with solicitors re bad debts and take further action
where necessary.

Debit/Credit notes (40%)

Clearing backlog of debit notes, issuing credit notes where Necessary or contacting
customer to ask for repayment in cases where debit notes are rejected.
Managing on day to day Basis and keeping up to date going forward.

Sales Ledger (40%)

Assist with posting of cheques/BACS receipts onto Pegasus
Opera system. Cash allocation and reconciliation.

You will be an experienced accounts administrator in all 3 of the key parts of the role, ideally from a manufacturing background and motivated to develop your career.

This role is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
