A full time position has arisen for an experienced Accounts Administrator within our team. The role includes raising invoices for our customers, controlling credit and chasing debt, managing job costings for multiple projects worldwide and supporting the Accountant with payroll, time sheets and expenses. There are other administration duties such as filing, making and receiving phone calls, handling mail and helping maintain the office and keep it running smoothly. You will also be expected to work with purchasing to be able to assist in busy periods or to cover holidays.
A passion for numbers, accuracy and skills in calculating figures is vital as is adeptness at paying attention to detail, problem solving in mature calm way, a cheery disposition and organised manner. An ability to be discreet, diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy, prioritise and communicate well, conforming to company policies and procedures.
This role would suit a hard working, enthusiastic individual who will work well with a small and friendly team. Previous experience working with Sage would be a distinct advantage.
This is a Full Time Permanent role working Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm, Friday 8am until 4pm working at our office in Stockton on Tees. Benefits include 22 days holiday (excl Stats), Private Health Care (and other benefits) through Vitality and Company Pension Scheme.
