An interesting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator in Woking. This is a temporary, immediate start position with the possibility of turning permanent. This is a part time role of 30 hours per week and pay’s between £9 and £12ph dependant on experience.

The Role
Within this role you will be working in a team of four and reporting to the Finance Manager. You will work together to produce budget reports, update journals and prepare for internal and external audits. Individually you will be processing and reconciling invoices and orders. As well as, submitting claims for VAT, BACs and HRMC. You will be processing credit and debits on a daily basis.. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible, able to multi task and confident with Excel and SAP.  Other general admiration duties will also be involved.

Key Requirements

• Previous Bookkeeping experience
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Experience using SAP
• Understanding of Credits and Debits
• Knowledge of VAT, BACs and HMRC process
• Immediately available
• Be able to work in a team
