Working Monday to Friday 9-5 our client are market leaders in their industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Accounts position previously.
Duties will include:
Reconcile allotted banks to:
Company credit cards
Online client receipts including bank costs calculations
Allocate fund to correct client orders
Occasionally cover invoice finance reports
Maintain petty cash
Run and transmit client statements
Dialy: GBP supplier invoice input
Check supplier statements
Organise and maintain all filing
Round up and organise stationary list and kitchen requirements
Deal with carious email issues such as copy invoices
Submit appropriate info for new starters to accountants
Must be comfortable communicating via phone, email and face to face.
Must be confident using Excel, Sage and learning online Portals.
