Accounts Administrator - Contract


Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are delighted to be working closely with the nations market leading company in their industry to bring on board a temporary accounts administrator to assist with a transition period whilst the company makes changes to their internal process. The role is based local to Finchley in their new modern offices with parking provided.

The temporary role is for a period of 3 months and would suit someone who has previous accounts administrator experience or recent graduate who is looking to gain some valuable experience within an finance environment.

The ideal applicant:

  • Inputting data on spreadsheets and system
  • Input data/figures from bills received into the system
  • Speaking both externally and internal to resolve queries.
  • Dealing with customer queries, via phone and email
  • General office administration - photocopying, scanning, filing etc.
