A family business based in the Barking area are looking to recruit for a Accounts Administrator to join their small back office which is located within the workshop environment.
The role will involve some general administrative duties such as updating documentation and buying of office supplies but with a heavy focus on Raising invoices, Credit Control, payment allocation, bank reconciliation, updating reports.
This is a fun, lively environment that still has a family feel. You will be comfortable dealing with customer emails and able to work with little supervision.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good Word and Excel skills
- Comfortable dealing with customer enquiries
- Previous experience within an accounts role previously.
- Able to work and commute to the Barking area daily
