Reed Accountancy Belfast is delighted to be working with a Ballymena based company seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator/ Bookkeeper to cover a period of maternity. This is a full time temporary assignment for up to 12 months, and will offer £18000+ per annum dependent on experience.

Reporting to the Company Accountant, and working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supplier invoicing, reconciling accounts and agreeing payments
• Supplier reconciliations
• Bank and cash reconciliations
• Assisting with weekly payroll processing
• Sales ledger invoice processing and cash allocation
• Accurate filling of both financial and administrative records
• Helping to cover a busy switchboard
• Assisting with financial reporting and presentation
