We are looking for a highly skilled, career minded Bookkeeper with great communication skills. Must have at least 3 years experience in an office environment, within a limited company. The key responsibilities are varied and give you the opportunity to cover all aspects of finance. The day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Using SAGE 50, processing suppliers/customers invoices, posting payments, bank reconciliation and producing Aged Debtors and Creditors Reports.

- The processing of monthly VAT Returns (must have experience).

The successful candidate will have a full understanding of the duties listed above and be happy to move into an all-round position providing support to the team, including the Chief Financial Officer. Must have SAGE Accounting experience, knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and have experience of submitting monthly VAT returns for a limited company. Be able to liaise with people at all levels within and outside the company in a confident and professional manner.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, prioritise daily workload and work individually as well as a member of a team, be smart in appearance, accurate, discreet, flexible and calm.
